Range fermentation of a substrate, biosynthesis, bioconversion of a substrate molecule, production of whole microorganism, production of part of a microorganism. Evidence requirements 1.1 Microorganism activity is described for the conversion of raw material to a desired product for an industrial process. 1.2 Steps in the industrial process are described in terms of the microorganisms role in the conversion. Range evidence of reagents and products is required. This does not include structures of molecules.
