Evidence requirements 1.1 Preparation of medium is carried out and sterility of medium confirmed in accordance with laboratory procedures. 1.2 Plant material is prepared and inoculated on medium in accordance with laboratory procedures. Outcome 2 Incubate and cultivate tissue culture. Evidence requirements 2.1 Inoculated medium is incubated in accordance with laboratory procedures. 2.2 Sub-cultures are propagated from the tissue culture in accordance with laboratory procedures.
