The qualification covers the knowledge and skills related to the supply chain process, managing customer transactions and managing the sales order process. As all of the skills and knowledge covered in this qualification are required by people in this role, all of the unit standards are compulsory. While this qualification stands alone it can lead onto other qualifications in the dairy manufacturing sector. Credit Range Level 3 credits Total 45 45 Requirements for Award of Qualification Award of NQF Qualifications Credit gained for a standard may be used only once to meet the requirements of this qualification. Unit standards and achievement standards that are equivalent in outcome are mutually exclusive for the purpose of award.
