Powder curing is set in accordance with worksite procedures and product conforms to specification. Range: setting of powder curing may include but is not limited to – oven temperatures, oven conveyor speed, cool-down period. element 3 Monitor and adjust an automated internal powder stripe applicator. performance criteria 3.1 Monitoring checks are performed in accordance with worksite procedures. Range: 3.2 monitoring checks may include but are not limited to – enamel rating, copper sulphate bath, powder weight, residual powder build-up, powder supply.
