Definitions Organising refers to working towards a structured and collective network of employees in a workplace united around common interest and union membership. Organising activity refers to an interaction with other employees carried out within a broader plan to increase workplace collectivity. Examples of organising activities may include but are not limited to: setting up and collecting signatures for a petition, running a union meeting, conducting a workplace survey, arranging a leaflet drop.
