Evidence requirements 3.1 Data is processed and/or plotted to the level of accuracy required for the situation. 3.2 Data is analysed and a decision is made on whether or not the results are acceptable. 3.3 Appropriate actions are taken on the basis of valid interpretation of results. Outcome 4 Describe effective auditing processes, techniques, and standards required for preslaughter and post-mortem examination of poultry.
