Demonstrate a basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages.

Range alcoholic beverages include but are not limited to

– beer (ale, lager), wine, spirits (at least 3 common), Ready to Drink (RTD), liqueurs (coffee and fruit).

2.5 Safety and hygiene requirements for alcoholic beverage service equipment are identified in accordance with standard industry texts.
