Passport Training Fall 2010
Faculty training for Passport is an ongoing project. The following types of access to
Passport training and resources have been made available to faculty and staff:





A new non-secured webpage has been created with materials and resources for
faculty and staff at http://peralta.edu/apps/comm.asp?$1=695
Numerous one on one trainings have taken place at the district office of Staff
Development beginning in September
The final week of fall semester, December 13-17th is designated as Passport
Open Door with drop in or scheduled one on one support
Various instructional videos on how to submit grades and rosters, use the wait
list and other tasks are being made available to faculty via the new Passport
Training website
Following the end of fall semester, faculty will be polled for feedback on the
effectiveness of the Passport training offered and given an opportunity to
suggest changes or innovations
