Laney is not ready to move forward with MATH 13 course
update. Conversation among other colleges is still on-going.
Discussions will continue early next semester. It was
repeatedly announced that Curriculum Chairs should be
copied on all e-mails regarding consultation process.
SPAN 33A - The line in the justification read...'”satisfies the
demands of the Latino Community'”. It was suggested to
change it to...”embraces the cultural heritage of languages of
the Americas”.

 Multi-Media has its own numbering system
 ESL has its own system
 J. Mathew will convene a districtwide
discipline meeting in BUS and CIS next
semester in anticipation to come out with a
solution.
Bring back in February CIPD.
D. Burgess presented PCCD’s Curriculum
Consultation Process. Discussions include:
 Forming a sub-committee to review and
update consultation procedures among
colleges regarding curriculum issues
 In the past, consultation with other colleges
was not required
 There will be more ADT’s in the future
 Would like to check if there’s another
process of level of consultation
 A motion was moved that “any of the college
should be able to package ADT’s with
courses that already exist at that particular
college without consultation from the other
colleges and should be presented as
informational only.” 8 in favor, 8 abstained.
 Recommended that the language of ADT
procedures should be updated and present
it again on Feb. CIPD. All are in favor.
Final data migration will occur on Friday 12/11, then
it will be up and running
