Enterprise HR 8.9 – Adding/Updating an Employees
Address Process
Peoplesoft
Step
Action
1.
Navigate to Modify the Person link on Workforce Administration > Personal Information
Menu.
2.
Click the Modify the Person link.
3.
Enter the Employee ID or Last Name / First Name or any search criteria to modify or
update the Employees Address. Ex: EMPLID: 10001205 as shown in screenshot 1.
4.
Go to the Contact information tab and Click on view/edit Address detail hyperlink for the
address type to be updated. Ex: Click on “Home” Address Type to be updated to a new
address as shown in screenshot 2.

Update the Address for the Employee ID: 10001205 as shown in screenshot 3.

Update the Address for the Employee ID: 10001205 as shown in screenshot 4.
On the following actions, we would see the following screen shots.

Payroll and Benefit Coordinator(s) would receive the e-mail from H.R to take appropriate actions.

Payroll will navigate to Update Payroll Option, based on the message to update the address, if needed.
Benefit Coordinator can update the respective vendors, in case the employee would like the updated
address to be used.
