It combines practical knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safe work practices with theoretical skills for administration, workplace diversity, and communication with supervised staff. The qualification comprises a compulsory section to provide a firm foundation for practical employment. The qualification may provide a stepping-stone to the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) (Level 3) [Ref: 0743].
