Non-Refundable Application Fee - $40.00

Refundable Rental Deposit - $99.00 (applied to 1 st month’s rent)

Security Deposit - $300.00up to 2 month’s rent (due at move-in)

Non-Refundable Pet Deposit - $250.00 ($40.00 monthly pet fee per pet)

Short term rental premium (3 months-$200 additional monthly)

(6 months-$100 additional monthly)

All application& move in fees must be paid with a cashier’s check or money order; no personal checks accepted for move in.

(Not all applications will be approved. Approval is dependent upon the information obtained from the credit and criminal reporting agencies)

The Leasing Staff here at Hunting Point on the Potomac would like to thank you for requesting information about our picturesque community! It is our constant goal to provide a quality living experience, and superior customer service. We are extremely proud of the apartment homes and amenities that we have to offer. We are also proud to say that all applications submitted to us are processed in accordance with The Fair Housing Act, and State and Local Laws.

These laws protect you from discrimination regardless of race, religion, age, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. There is a $40.00 application fee for all applicants that desire to be leaseholders; this fee is also applicable to persons applying as guarantors.

Income/ Employment Qualification Criteria:

 Application approval is dependant on total verifiable income, past credit history, criminal background history, and previous rental history

 Guarantors may be used for income purposes only.

Income Verification Criteria:

 Two (2) most recent, consecutive, original pay stubs.

 If Self-Employed: Most current annual Income Tax Return and/or W-2 form, 1098/1099 forms.

 If New Employment: Signed Offer of Employment letter, on company letterhead verifying position, income, and employment start date.

 Child Support/ Alimony: Court documents stating amount and frequency of payments.

Credit & Criminal:

 Each applicant’s credit and criminal history will be verified by a third party agency. After the information is verified the Management Staff of

Hunting Point on the Potomac will review it.

 Approval will be based on the information received from the credit and criminal history background checks.

Application Procedures:

 All applications will be processed in 2 to 4 business days, provided that we receive all necessary documentation from all persons applying. Please note we cannot begin processing your application until all of the qualifying information is received.

 All security deposits, and move-in monies must be paid in the form, of certified funds, (i.e. cashier’s check or money order)
