Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Identify and describe basic employment rights and responsibilities. Evidence requirements 1.1 The description includes types of employment agreement in terms of their purpose, and the relationship between the parties. Range collective, individual. Range 1.3 evidence of at least five. The description includes rights and responsibilities arising from the employment relationship in accordance with the Employment Relations Act. Range 1.4 1978 version 8 Page 2 of 3 fair treatment on both sides, good faith obligations, health and safety (at least one right and one responsibility of each). The description includes the rights to representation and to negotiate collectively in accordance with the Employment Relations Act. Outcome 2 Identify sources of information and assistance for employees in relation to their employment rights and responsibilities. Evidence requirements 2.1 Sources of information in relation to employment agreement negotiation and employment relations problems are identified by name, services provided, and any cost.
