Peach Recipes:
Breakfast:
Peach Berry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients:
 1/2 cup Blackberries, fresh or frozen
 1 cup Peach, fresh or frozen slices
 1 cup Spinach, packed fresh leaves
 1 1/2 cups Grape juice, white
 1/2 cup Ice
Directions:
1. Mix together in a blender.
2. Enjoy!
Granola Parfaits with Peaches and Blueberries
Ingrediants:
 1 (5-ounce) container vanilla Greek yogurt
 1/3 cup granola with oats and dark chocolate pieces
 1 peach, sliced into thin wedges
 1/4 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Layer half the Greek yogurt on the bottom of the bowl.
2. Top with half of the granola, half of the peach slices, half of the blueberries.
3. Create a second layer of yogurt granola, peach slices and blueberries.
Lunch/Dinner:
Summer Peach Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
 Sliced fresh peaches
 Fresh basil
 Fresh mozzarella cheese
 Balsamic vinegar (reduced)
 Chopped Almonds
Directions:
1. Slice the cheese and peaches into thin circles.
2. Tear off smaller basil leaves, leaving the stems.
3. Arrange peaches, basil, mozzarella on a platter.
4. Pour ½ cup of balsamic vinegar into a pan and heat until it is thick like maple
syrup.
5. Pour reduced balsamic vinegar lightly over the platter.
6. Sprinkle almonds on top.
Peaches Quinoa Salad







2 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon sea slat
¼ cup olive oil
1 ½ cups quinoa cooked
1 peach
Optional: Blueberries, diced carrots, diced celery, diced cucumber, diced red
pepper, red onion, diced parsley
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
Dessert:
Peach Creamsicles:
Ingredients:
 2 ripe peaches
 1 ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
 1 ½ cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla Greek yogurt and diced peaches.
2. Pour yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold to fill about half way up each
mold- push down with a spoon so it fill the mold
3. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
4. Take out and pour orange juice into each mold filling it up to the top.
5. Freeze for at least 4 more hours.
6. Enjoy!
