Within two weeks after the show, send one printed copy of this report to the Awards Chairman, Bob Spotts, 409 Hazelnut
Drive, Oakley, CA 94561. (robert_spotts@comcast.net). Include all the information about the flower that exhibitors are
required by the schedule to put on their entry tags or labels including the following: division numbers, complete color
codes for Throckmorton entries, hybridizer's names, seedling numbers of unnamed cultivars and their color codes &
parentage where known, and dates of introduction for classics and historics. Use a black ink pen to insure good copying if
you are writing out this report.
