Dear Judge Fransein:
Please consider this a request for the juvenile court and law enforcement records of Edgar
Saucedo, date of birth 4/23/92. Edgar has been charged as an adult in CF-08-5403 with
second-degree murder in the death of Eduardo Ledesma on Nov. 1, 2008.
Title 10, section 7303-1.2, subsection C6, states confidentiality shall not apply to arrest
records of a juvenile arrested for committing an act which if committed by an adult
would be a felony offense.
Additionally, Title 10, section 7307-1.2 C2, states confidentiality shall not apply to
juvenile court records of an individual charged under Section 7306-1.1. Edgar has been
charged with murder, one of the enumerated crimes under that statute.
