Meena Razvi is an experienced Cross-Cultural Consultant with GLOBAL LEARNING
RESOURCES (GLR), a customized training and HRD consulting company dedicated to
helping national and international organizations enhance their ability to recruit, inspire
and retain quality employees, and improve performance through training. GLR also
provides training design and delivery services to training companies, the training
departments of large companies and trade & professional associations.
Meena is skilled in cross-cultural, diversity, international business, and communications
courses. Meena has a Master of Arts Degree in Training and Development from
Roosevelt University in Chicago, USA. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in
Adult Education at Northern Illinois University.
Meena combines workplace and life experiences from living in Kenya, England, and
America. She has facilitated programs in USA, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, China, and
Malaysia.

Meena is a member of several professional associations. Among them are: American
Society of Training & Development (ASTD), The Chicago Chapter of International
Society for Performance and Instruction (CISPI) and the International Society of
Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR), American Association of
Adult Continuing Education, AAACE, Academy of Human Resource Development
(AHRD).
