AIM OF THE MEETING:
The P2P Programme intends to offer to civil society organisations (CSOs) from the beneficiary countries
(Western Balkans, Iceland and Turkey) the possibility to visit EU institutions, as well as relevant EU
platform organisations, or whenever relevant for the topic of the study tours, also other European,
international or national organisations, in order to familiarise themselves with EU structures, policy making
process, programmes, policies and best practices. The P2P Programme also organises events in the
beneficiary countries in order to reach more grass-roots CSOs and focus on national situations and
challenges.
The aim of this seminar is to give participants the opportunity to talk about the environment in which
Albanian CSOs have to work and to confront their experiences with past or current examples from other
countries. Participants will also be encouraged to envisage potential improvements in specific fields.
This event is open primarily to representatives of Albanian CSOs. Representatives of Albanian public
administration and local authorities and of international organisations can also attend this event.
