The School/Centre is requested to provide the following details in order to enable the
Board of Studies for Research Degrees to ascertain the appropriateness of the
supervisory team for supervision of the research project of the candidate. The form may
be completed on behalf of external supervisors but evidence must be produced of the
proposed supervisor's experience and expertise in research and research supervision
and their willingness to act as supervisor.
