Following each relevant formal engagement with your Supervisor(s), it is a
requirement that you keep a record of the issues discussed and agreed outcomes.
This form can be used to maintain such a record but, whatever means is used, a
report of each formal meeting must be retained (and submitted if required)
according to the agreed procedures. Space is provided for some brief summary
comment by both parties on how the research is progressing. Such records may be
(and have been) requested under circumstances described in section 1.8.5 of the
University’s Research Degree Quality Assurance Procedures.
