Project Status
1. Final plans for Segment A have been submitted to
VDOT for final approval
2. Right of way acquisition is underway for Segment A
3. Right of way plans are being finalized for Segment
B1; right of way acquisition will follow
4. Environmental permits are being obtained from state
and federal agencies
5. Utility relocation plans are being finalized
6. Wagman has set up construction trailers on site

Notice to Proceed: February 18, 2015 (Design Start Date)
Construction Start: January 2016
Early Completion Date: December 21, 2017

• One-lane, one-way traffic

Mayflower Dr and Bradley
Dr (24 hours a day)
• One-lane with flaggers
south of Bradley in offpeak hours; two-lanes
during peak hours
• Speed limit reduced to 25
mph
