Archive Project Complete - report (Liz Fox) The updated statistics are: Years covered: 1977–2003 31 folders 157 files 2,093 bookmarks I’m not counting the pages any more. Probably in the neighborhood of 2,500. The quarter/semester conversion period that started in 1991 and was put into effect in Fall 1993 is now added to the archive in a folder named “Quarter_Semester_Conversion,” and divided by departments. d.) List of Procedures for submitting items to UGCC Agenda (see the attached Procedures1.pdf) - for information purposes only e.) Ongoing report of the Computer Literacy sub-committee (see the attached Ongoing Report.CLsubcomm.doc) - for information purposes only Consent Agenda 2. Re-visit modification of the COB new International Business major to include a minimum GPA of 2.75 to graduate. This passed vote over the summer, but several questions arose, so this is back for discussion and clarification. (See the attached IBAmendment.pdf). 3. Adding a new course, CSE 4280 Computer Graphics Algorithms, to the curriculum. (See the attached CSE4280.pdf). 4. Re-arranging requirements (semesters) for Ocean Engineering (see the attached Ocn Eng.pdf) 5. Chemical Engineering - request to add "C or better" for Math 1001 and Math 1002 before taking CHE 2101 (see the attached Memo to Curr.Comm. 7-06.tif). 6. Psychology - request to add new course PSF 4591 - Critical Issues to curriculum (see PSF4591 Critical Issues. pdf(s) attached). 7. Psychology - request to add new course PSF 4562 - Clinical Forensic to curriculum (see PSF 4562 Clinical Forensic.pdf(s) attached). 8. Psychology - request to change Forensic Psychology Curriculum (see attached Forensic Psychology changes.pdf and Forensic Psych curriculum.pdf) 9. Proposal to make ASC 1000 required course for all incoming freshmen ("first time in college"), but not for transfer students with some minimum number of credits (say 15 to 18 or more credits). (Note: It is already a block-registered course for all in-coming freshmen - plan is to no longer allow freshmen to drop the course). Departments can choose whether to add 1 credit to their curriculum or utilize an existing free elective without having to take major changes to our committee. Incorporate your changes for 07-08 catalog with Liz Fox.
