Corrections Process for 2012-13 Catalog

End of Process: Compiled list of corrections sent to MCO





An error is identified in 2012-13 catalog
Notify via e-mail the School Liaison
o If the error is not related to one of the Schools a Catalog Correction Form should be sent
directly to the Catalog Corrections Team by noon each Wednesday. The team will meet
weekly to review Catalog Correction Form and, if appropriate, submit the correction via
e-mail to the Marketing and Communications Office (MCO).
School Liaison submits, via e-mail, a completed Catalog Correction Form by noon each
Wednesday to the Catalog Corrections Team.
o One form per week – only new entries each week (do not include items from the
previous week).
o Entries will follow examples provided on the Catalog Correction Form
The Catalog Corrections Team will meet weekly to determine if submitted corrections are Major
or Minor Edits
o Minor edits will be submitted, via e-mail, to MCO for correction in the online Catalog.
 Marketing and Communications Office (MCO) will note date next to correction
o Major edits will be referred to the College Curriculum Committee (CCC) for review.
 The CCC will send, via e-mail, approved major edits to MCO for correction
 MCO will note date next to correction
 The CCC will send remaining major edits back to applicable School Liaison to be
submitted through the CCC cycle
 The CCC will inform the Catalog Corrections team, via e-mail, of its decisions
regarding its review of major and minor edits.
The Catalog Corrections Team will maintain on the Academic Affairs Key Processes web page an
updated list, every Friday, of submitted major and minor corrections.
