PROPOSAL TO ADDRESS GEN ED COMPUTER LITERACY OUTCOMES THROUGH PROGRAM COURSE WORK
This document provides a means by which representatives of CNM degree-granting programs can request CCC approval to substitute program course work for IT
1010 to address the General Education Computer Literacy outcomes. If approved, programs assume responsibility for assessing and reporting their students’
progress toward these outcomes within the context of the program’s 5-year assessment cycle plan.

assessment. All courses and/or program components listed in the table above must also appear in the 5-year cycle plan. Any of the Computer Literacy outcomes
