Logging into OrgPlus

Navigate and log into MyPace Portal
Click the Staff Tab
In the Employee Self-Service section, click on the link titled: Administrative Organizational Charts
The OrgPlus software will open and You Will See Your Org Box as well as any employees that may report to you

Viewing Profile Information

Select the Expand/Collapse button underneath the Sign Off button at the top right of the screen.

Select the Profile tab. The Profile will display basic contact information for the employee that is selected in the
organizational chart:
• Full Name
• Position Title
• Division Title
• Department Title
• Email Address (displayed as an active hyperlink)
Creating Bookmarks

Select the Expand/Collapse button underneath the Sign Off button at the top right of the screen.
Select the Bookmarks tab.
Select the employee that you want to create a bookmark for in the organizational
chart.
Select the Add button at the bottom of the Bookmarks tab.
Select OK in the Bookmarks tab.
Select the bookmark to be directed to the designated location in the organizational chart.
Searching with the Explore Panel

Select the Expand/Collapse button underneath the Sign Off button at the top right of
the screen.
Select the Explore tab.
Select the field you want to search from the drop down menu.
Enter your search criteria in the text field next to the drop down menu.
Select the Search button.
Your search results will display. Select an employee within the search results and
you will be taken to their position in the organizational chart.
Exporting Org Charts

You have three options when exporting organizational charts:
