The Head of School promotes the University’s links with the community, industry and professions to enhance the School’s teaching and research programs. The University is currently implementing a new model for course design, implementation and evaluation. Courses are progressively being developed within the new model, Smart Learning. Demonstrated strategic leadership capability and experience in change management, innovation and problem solving. 5. Capacity to foster a positive workplace culture and demonstrate skills in managing people and teams, and building capability to achieve organisational objectives 6.
