Annual Team Report for General Staff

Team planning and review is an optional management process. It has been included because of its benefit to teams that have similar or interdependent roles.

Please note that team planning and review is no longer part of the Performance

Management and Development Scheme.

This form provides guiding questions to facilitate an annual planning and review meeting with the whole team.

Divisional/Faculty and/or team standards based on the CSU Performance Standards (if applicable); the operational plan for the Section/School/Centre or Division/Faculty; the Annual Team Performance Report and Team Progress Report for the previous reporting period; any supporting information (e.g. samples of work, feedback from clients or staff, statistics, survey results, specific examples).
