Quick access to room assignment information for final examinations
Students can find the day, time and location of their final exams by checking their
schedule through Student Online Services after the 6th week of the term. This
information is updated continually, so check it immediately before finals week. Group
finals will show only the day and time; their professor will tell them which room they
should report to.
Faculty and staff can view the rooms assigned to group finals or to individual class finals by
accessing the Registrar’s home page – oregonstate.edu/registrar –
Then click on: Click here for locations! – that’s in bold red in the blue info box. Have patience!
It takes some time to gather all the data. Then you see the list of group finals, by day [see next
page] –
You can view all of the final exams, by day, for any department by clicking on the department name in the
list on the right side of the page. For example, ANTH –
