Call to Order
a. Krueger calls meeting to order at 7:04pm.

Approval of Minutes
a. Faure moves to approve the minutes. Shadlock seconds.

a. One Card System
i. Dahlberg moves to support the one card system by way of the current
technology fee and the $1 per credit hour increase. Hoover seconds.

2. Discussed different things that can be changed around campus

with chamber of commerce and a few other people who have
influence as to what goes on in the city.

ii. Reservations taken care of over the break
iii. Big campuses did decide to have a private meeting on how to fix NDSA
this Friday.

Athletics
i. Men’s Basketball
1. The MBB team had victories over the University of Minnesota
Morris by a score of 78-54 and they also defeated Trinity Bible 9946, as they improve to 8-4 on the year.
ii. Women’s Basketball
1. The WBB team defeated the University of Morris 71-63 and Trinity
Bible 87-29. The Vikings improved to 7-8 on the season. They will
host Presentation College on Thursday, December 5th at 7pm.

i. See the art show if you haven’t already
k. Communication and Social Sciences
i. Kyle had a great turn-out for “Life in the Fat Lane.”
1. Over 18 people auditioned and got a part for the play.
ii. “Life in the Fat Lane” performance days are February 16th – 18th

i. Wright and Dammel went to Library Committee
1. Goals for upcoming months
a. Do a corporate theater in library
b. Implementing a resource area for education students
c. Music detail – having programs in library to spark interest
d. Website similar to Purdue Owl
i. Still working on empowerment.
e. Connects well with blackboard
2. If you want materials for the library to purchase, do the student
suggestion on the library website.
ii. Staff Senate
1. Discussed one card system
2. Hiring the VPBA
3. Discussed ice issues on campus
iii. Financial aid appeals committee
1. State has a document if you are appealing for financial aid, they
have rules now.
2. If you get rejected for being ineligible, you have to follow a certain
requirement.

b. Drop out of a certain percentage of classes
c. Document is going to be reviewed
3. State has implemented this.

office.
