We travel by MTR mostly in this trip, because it’s
very convenient base on no traffic jam will happen, and also, it
seldom out of control, it’s rather safe and can save time for another
visit to some place else. And by the position of one f our checkpoint,
we need to travel by mini-bus once in our transportation, and it also
give another impression of Hong Kong to our friend, as not many
places in the world has mini-bus as transportation.
Hong Kong eating habit has naturally inherited a great deal from the old
tradition of China , but it has been also influenced by the oversea countries. It
soon become a fusion of Chinese , Asian and Western cooking,
combination of style, recipes and customs, that is now the chief characteristic
of the territory’s food culture. In this travel, we will let you taste
different kind of food ~*
Come on >let's go!!!!!!!!!!!
“One cup and two pieces”is a common colloquial saying that refers to drink tea
while enjoying dim sum. It is what Hong Kong people typically called yum cha.
Tea is a wonderfully soothing drink to settle the stomach after you have eaten
dim sum, and that is why most restaurants have a variety of teas for customers to
choose from, such as pu’er (普洱), shoumei (壽眉)and jasmine(香片). By
the way, we will go to the restaurant in Mei Foo in the morning to yum cha.
Actually there is no any differences with other restaurants but it is near to the
place where we our friend tour and convenient!!!

Tim Choi Kee started in 1949. There is quite long period up to now. The
characteristics are making steam rice roll (腸粉), congee, noodles etc. They
are very delicious and they have style of Hong Kong. Also their prices are
cheaper than the others.
One thing is very special, it is about the staff. They all remember all of
food prices of menu. They no need to write on the sheet. When the
customer finished the meal, a member of the staff just look at the bowls,
plates or cups. Then they can know the total price of the meal.

Mong kok, is a place where it
must be familiar to the most
of the teenage in Hong
Kong, that’s why we decide
to bring our dearest foreign
friend to visit there.
The things we mainly do in Mongkok is SHOPPING. You can buy
clothes, accessories or other ornaments, etc.
*For clothing, there are mainly two types. Firstly, they are outlets, those clothes
are rather suitable for foreigners, as the size and the style suit their body figure.
And also, the prices are also very cheap. You may find these shops in Fa Yuen Street.
Secondly, those are the local ones. You can find and buy them from the shopping
malls like Mong kok Centre (旺角中心). Their prices are usually very cheap and the
style are fashionable according to the fashion attitude of the local youth.
*You might be aware of another thing. After visiting so much shopping centers, you
might find yourself a little bit hungry. But don’t worry! There are a lot of shops for
you to buy food to eat. You can find different kinds of restaurants, fast food shops,
and side walk snack shops.
*Furthermore, as we ant to take so photos with our friend,
but find out that we haven’t got camera, there is a choice!
We can go to the shop called Youth Forever (青春無限). It’s
a sticker photo shop, which you can take some photos but
they are printer as stickers. By the way, they are quite cute and also worth taking.
