Information/Faculty Evaluation Forms/Dept. Chair Review of Faculty Form)
and submit to the School Dean.
Observe first-year new faculty in the first semester of the first year.
Observe 2nd year faculty in either of the semesters of the second year.
Initial Review: Submit letter of evaluation to School Dean for faculty in your
department.
Changes to course titles, descriptions, credits, prereqs, and degree
requirements require Curriculum Committee approval. Notify Susan Donat of
your intent to submit proposals for new/revised programs/courses. Proposals
are due at the end of the fall semester.
Identify potential courses to offer in the upcoming summer and provide course
name and potential instructor to School Dean, copying Stephanie Patterson.
Last day to update/modify action plans and findings from previous academic
year in WEAVE.
Review and revise faculty load information and section listings in CALM. Check
compliance. Identify adjunct faculty.
Work with School Dean to plan for recruitment efforts.
Notify Susan Donat of changes to objectives, measures and/or targets needed
for the current academic year.
