Review Guidelines Summary This review is designed to quickly touch base with both the supervisor and the new hire after the employee has had a chance to become oriented, but prior to the end of the 90-day new hire probation. We want to ensure that the employee feels welcomed, trained and prepared for success as well as check with the supervisor to ensure that the employee is meeting expectations. If for any reason, the employee is not meeting expectations it should be surfaced as part of this discussion.
