The Potential of Fluid Power
• The problems of today's wind turbines, e.g
low efficiency due to mechanical
transmission, can be substantially reduced
with a hydraulic transmission. This will be
realized in the Mitsubishi Sea Angel concepts
in a park of 7 MW wind farm offshore.
• Caterpillar introduced a hybrid excavator with
energy recuperation on the swing arm,
reducing energy consumption with
30%.(Payoff time is two years)
• NFPA predicts average of 4% annual growth

Slutsatser
• Sverige måste leda utvecklingen för att vi ska
kunna behålla den position vi har idag.
• Sverige kan inte bara förlita sig på att kopiera
andra (som är sämre….)
• Detta är gäller lika mycket för svensk
hydraulik
