Wednesday 8/27- Thursday 8/28
Objective: I will be able to apply my knowledge of basic, linear plot elements to other forms of fiction.
1. Finish up classroom procedures discussion
2. Set up “working folders” and “writing folders”
3. Discuss Summer Reading Assignment
4. Guided Notes: Linear Plot
5. Guided Practice: Diagramming the Lion King
6. Independence Practice: Diagram a movie or book of your choice.
7. Presentations in small groups of 3-4
