NC State decides to pursue AQIP. 2004-05 o Application -- Early-On AQIP Supporters organized August 2004, orchestrate AQIP application, submit application January 2005. NC State accepted by AQIP February 2005. o Leadership – AQIP Steering Committee established. o Self-Assessment – AQIP Examiner administered November/December 2004.
