Completed/Retired. Strategic planning model was selected.
Selecting Future Action Projects

The Committee’s goal is to select Action Projects that help the College improve processes related to the 9 AQIP Categories.

The AQIP Steering Committee works within the Strategic Planning Process.
o Any Action Projects proposed by the Committee will go through the planning process overseen by PAC.
o The Committee also has the option of selecting projects submitted to PAC by other entities to report as AQIP Action Projects.

The Committee is considering an additional Action Project. Options currently under consideration are:
o Select from existing projects such as the Achieving the Dream Gatekeepers Project or the implementation of the new information
system.
o Select from projects proposed by other groups to PAC this spring.
o Initiate a project to improve processes in AQIP Category 4 -- Valuing People.
