Staff Council approves the creation of a task force of 810 staff members to:
 review RIT’s current policies and procedures related
to Staff Performance Appraisals
 review Staff Performance Appraisal practices across
the university
 propose any necessary revisions to RIT’s policies
and procedures, incorporating best practices, to
ensure a consistent, timely performance appraisal
process across the university
