Some Ideas • Improve communication and flow of information between the Research Office and the faculty • Understand the present state of our - Research infrastructure - Supporting Services (OSP, OPAA, others) • Assess the challenges imposed by a growing academic population and the diversification of research activities and funding sources • Understand the constrains imposed in the distribution or Research Overhead • Advise the Research Office on long term research investment priorities
