Data were acquired from users at The University of Virginia in the years 2004 (N = 410), 2005 (N = 733), and 2006 (N = 684) The raw data was cleared of duplicates prior to analysis. Duplicates were eliminated based on the presence of data from repeated logons and from data with identical timestamp information. In addition, responses were eliminated from module analysis of “ease of use” and “helps me do my job more effectively” due to the responsibility not being assigned to the respondent.
