To highlight labor suspense projects
GA balances and show outstanding
activity that needs to be moved to a
valid PTAEO via an LD adjustment.
Two Tabs
• LD Suspense Project Balances (existing)
Current and project-to-date balances
• LD Suspense Project Balance Detail (new)
Lists GA project balance detail:
• Limited to the activity that does not net to zero for the same:
– PTAEO
– Employee
– Expenditure Item Date
• Activity includes the following:
– Fringe Benefits
– Associated F&A (if applicable)
– Cost Transfers (initiated by central offices)
