Range of Applications
The Jib Arm Model is perfect for low- and mediumheight buildings that do not have any overhead restrictions. The jib arms can be raised or lowered to precisely
position the work platform for safe and efficient maintenance.
Travel along the roof top can be done with or without
tracks. This type of selection along with a range of
models allows the exact system for thejob to be used.
The solid rubber tires on the trackless type are designed
not to damage the traveling surface.
There are two wire ropes suspending the work platform.

There are several choices in designs for the arm section,
such as the beam type and truss type.

The Single-Track Design Makes It Possible
to Use Under Overhangs or Even Inside a
Building.
It is difficult to clean under overhangs with the conven- tional roof-suspended
gondola. The single-track (or double-track) design allows this unit to be
installed wherever it is needed and easily move to the desired location.
It is possible to clean in both the vertical and horizontal
directions from the work platform.
Also consider the traverser type and storage devices when selecting the
monorail type in order to make it easier for maintenance personnel to enter the
gondola.

Atriums and Long Glass-Covered Roofs.
The arch design of this unit lets it follow the roof and work at virtually any
place on it. Window cleaning, window replacement and the periodic application
of sealant can now be done with a minimum of time and inconvenience.
Atriums and glass-covered areas are becoming a growing trend. However,
cleaning and maintenance will be extremely difficult if proper planning is not
made.

This Multi-functional Unit was Created to Meet the Needs of Progressive
Designs Using Large Areas of Glass.
Nothing imparts a sense of spaciousness like large areas of glass over an open
area. Unfortunately, it is difficult to meet the challenges that must be overcome
when
cleaning and maintaining the inside of that glass.
The multi-functional monorail with traverser helps reduce the complexity of
cleaning such areas.
Notonly can itbe usedforcleaning, but it can also dramatically reduce the labor
involved in periodic maintenance such as inspecting ventilation ports and
changing lighting components.

The Lifting and Lowering Unit is Built Into the Work Platform, Dramatically
Easing Installation Requirements and Enhancing Versatility.
Both the Deck Type and the Chair Type have the lifting lowering unit built into
the work platform or chair.
This unit uses an "endless winder" suspended from an over head location to
engage with this unit and lift or lower the work platform. The work platform
itself has casters so it
can be removed from the wire and easily rolled away, It can also be mounted on
a roof or other area using fixtures.
When mounting fixtures are used on the rooftop, it can operate with or without
a track.
Since it conies with a monorail design, it can run along the parapet of a building
by using special attaehments, such as a divot arm.
This is the perfect unit for Sow- and mediumheight buildings with relatively
small amounts of glass.

A 19,200 mm Wide Automatic Washing Unit Keeps Two Major Buildings in
Japan Clean.
This is one of the tallest buildings in Japan and it usesbr> four different sizes of
glass throughout. In addition, since there are upright guide rails in four
directions, six panels of glass have to be cleaned on each floor.
This unit was made 19,200 mm wide to handle that task,making it the largest in
Japan.
Guide rails on the sides of the building and rails on the roof are required if an
automatic washing unit is going to be used.
There is also a model with a work platform mounted on the automatic washing
unit (BC-22T).
