Curriculum Alignment with SLOs - Faculty aligned the curriculum with the programs’ SLOs using the Curriculum Alignment Matrix (or similar format required for accreditation). - Faculty examined the alignment. As a result of the curriculum alignment study the faculty suggested changes to the SLOs, recommended curriculum modifications, and/or validated that the curriculum is appropriately sequenced and accurately reflects the SLOs. - Faculty aligned course objectives with SLOs using the Course Alignment Matrix. As a result of the course alignment study the faculty identified types of assessments and ways to embed assessment, if desired. See attached assessment plan for assessment types. 3. Five Year Assessment Plan - Faculty established an assessment schedule that identifies which SLOs will be addressed within a five year academic calendar. - Faculty determine where and how SLOs are best assessed.
