Procurement Plan Template If you are the Project Manager on a project whose level has been calculated to be High Complexity, you will need to develop a Procurement Plan. The following information will be needed for that plan in PMIT: For each item you intend to purchase: 1. Procurement Item; Describe the item you intend to purchase. Give details sufficient to delineate the required procurement method. 2. Responsible Person: The person who is leading the effort on the procurement and responsible for following all applicable State requirements. 3. Procurement Method: Consult with VCU Purchasing and Procurement to determine this. The PMIT system has this coding structure: RFP – Request For Procurement RFB – Request For Bid PC – Purchasing Card Other – describe the method 4. Delivery Date: The date the item needs to be delivered to keep the project on schedule. 5. Delivery Location: Where the item will be delivered.
