Regulations for Establishment of Center for Teaching &
Learning Development of I-Shou University

第一條
為整合校內資源,建立學生學習輔導機制,推廣數位教材製作與科技化教
學,以創造多元學習環境,提升教學品質,特設立『義守大學教學發展中
心』
(以下簡稱本中心)
。
Article 1
To integrate the resources of I-Shou University and establish the system of
guiding students’ learning, the Center for Teaching & Learning Development
(hereinafter referred to as the Center) is hereby set up for promoting the
technological teaching and production of digital teaching materials to create
diversified learning environment and improve the teaching quality at the
University.
第二條
本中心置主任一人,綜理中心業務,由校長聘請教授兼任之。
Article 2
The Center shall designate one person as the director to take charge of the affairs
at the Center. The President may invite one of the professors to take the part-time
job.
第三條
本中心分設三組,各組職掌與人員規劃如下:
Article 3
The Center is divided into three sections that the duties and personnel planning
are shown as following:
一、教師發展組:掌理教師發展與教學知能開發、規劃教師輔導機制。規
劃教師專業成長研習活動,辦理教學評量,建置教學諮詢機制。落實
課業學習輔導制度,促進學生積極主動學習,提升教學品質與學習成

效。
1. Teacher Development Section: Taking charge of the development of the
faculty members and the teaching knowledge and skills, planning the
system of teachers counseling, planning the activities for strengthening
teachers’ professional skills, handling the affairs of evaluating teachers’
performances, setting up the system of teaching counseling, fulfilling the
system of guiding students’ learning after class, encouraging students to
learn more actively and positively, and improving the teaching quality of
teachers and learning efficiency of the students at the University.
二、學習資源組:籌辦學生學習工作坊研習活動,推動學習性組織,掌理
數位學習相關事宜。建置教學資源平台,促進教學平台使用,建構豐
富多元優質學習環境,推行數位學習相關研習課程,推廣教材數位
化,開發數位教材典範課程,推動課程認證與教材認證。
2. Learning Resource Section: Planning the workshops for guiding students’
learning, promoting the learning organizations, controlling the relevant
affairs of digital learning, establishing the platforms of learning resources,
encouraging to use the teaching platforms, creating colorful and diversified
learning environment, promoting related programs for digital learning,
promoting to digitalize the teaching materials, developing the model
programs for digital teaching materials, and promoting the courses for
certificates and certified teaching materials.
三、教學卓越組:統籌教育部教學卓越計畫核心指標相關業務之推動執
行、資料彙整、數據統計與管考機制,並規劃爭取校外教學相關計畫
之申請。
3. Outstanding Teaching Performances Section: Integrating, promoting and
implementing the affairs relating to the core indictors for the plans of
outstanding teaching performances by the Ministry of Education, collecting
information, setting up the system of data statistics for management and
evaluation, and planning to apply for more related plans of teaching in other
institutions.
以上各組置組長一人,由校長聘請助理教授以上教師或職級相當人員兼

任,或由職員擔任之,組員若干人。
Each section shall be comprised of one chief and several members. The President
may invite one assistant professor (or above), the staff whose rank is equivalent
to the assistant professor, or the staff at the University to take the part-time job of
director.
第四條
本中心得設置「教學卓越推動委員會」,負責擬定教學卓越計畫主軸方
向,其設置要點另訂之。
Article 4
The Center may establish the Committee for Promotion on Excellent Teaching
Performances to take charge of deciding the main points of the plans for the
outstanding teaching performances. The Guidelines for Establishment of
Committee for Promotion on Excellent Teaching Performances at I-Shou

University shall be stated in a different document.
本中心定期召開中心業務會議,由中心主任與各組組長組成之, 討論中心
業務事項。
Article 5
The Center shall convene periodical conferences that the director of Center and
the chief of each section shall be present to discuss the related affairs of the
Center.
第六條
本辦法經校務會議通過,陳請校長核定後另訂公告日實施。
Article 6
The Regulations adopted by the University Council shall come into effect after
they are ratified and promulgated by the President. The date of promulgation
shall be regulated separately.
Note: In the event of any disputes or misunderstanding as to the interpretation of the
language or terms of this Regulations, the Chinese language version shall prevail.
