Between Education, Jobs and Development:
Is there a place for skills in a post-2015 landscape?

As we approach 2015 so there is more and more clamour
for topics and issues that need to be part of the post-2015
development debates. One is the nexus between skills
and jobs, for which there has been a spate of international
reports in the past year. Yet there are considerable
problems in seeing how either/both will be incorporated
into the post-2015 visions.
From the perspective of a lead author of one of this set of
reports, Professor McGrath considers whether there is a
place for Skills in a post-2015 landscape.
