1. Find articles that are related to Civil Engineering community from magazines and
other sources.
2. Read and chose your favorite community . You may do an observation activity to
the committee of the community if necessary ( don’t forget to bring your
accompanying letter from your department )
3. Make a technical paper ( optional in English or Bahasa ) to describe the community
that you have chosen ( no. 2 )
4. Register as a student member from professional association ( ICE, ASCE, IGS etc
