Handling Requests for CEUs
We can offer 1.3 CEUs for the SFP 10-14 facilitator trainings. Here’s the
process…after the training, a typed list of participants’ names and addresses
needs to be sent to Julie Hunter, Registrations/Student Records, Pyle Center,
702 Langdon Street, Madison, WI 53706-1420; jhunter@ecc.uwex.edu
Only those participants who completed the entire training are eligible for CEUs
and should be on the list. Please also send a copy of the training agenda to Julie
(and copy this to Jane Schaaf at jane.schaaf@ces.uwex.edu). Please ask Julie
to send the completed CEUs papers to you (or the training sponsor), so that the
forms can be mailed (or distributed) to the participants.
