• Electronic report sent to partners (XLS format)

– Includes new application or new decision

– Data fields reporting names, id’s, answers to specific community college questions, etc

Issues

• 2x-3x longer time at CC

• CC does not use all the info

• Create LB application file if OSU denies admission OR student needs to register at

LBCC

• All Partners are using EDI

• Program that Sends Full Transcripts via EDI for Students Enrolled that Term

• Only Send to the University

• Grades to LBCC if needed for Graduation
