Imagine that you are a sales representative. You have been asked to present two new
products to buyers at a trade fair.
Plan two brief openings (1 minute each or less) for two different products that you know
well. Prepare a brief outline for each of your openings. Remember to identify the product
in each opening. Be sure to use the techniques from the Business Skills section and key
words and phrases from the unit.
