University Counselling Service (UCS) – Considering Counselling First meeting At UCS we aim to see you as soon as possible for a 30 minute “Initial Interview”. Here you can discuss what is troubling you as well as the kind of support which may be helpful with a member of the clinical team. Therapy We will then refer you to either Psychodynamic or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as appropriate. This is likely to be with a new therapist.
